We are growing and require a competent and professional “Technical Projects Consultant” to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, identifying, soliciting, and closing sales related to large technical projects and major tender quotes, as well as providing professional technical and sales support to customers.

Requirements

· Grade 12 National Senior Certificate.

· Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.

· Valid driver’s licence.

· Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and related MS applications).

· Previous experience in projects, tender pricing and technical sales.

· Experience in the electrical industry will be advantageous.

Skills

· Excellent organisational and strong communication skills.

· Good time management.

· Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately.

· Applicants must be comfortable understanding and working with technical concepts, preparing accurate pricing proposals as well as managing multiple enquiries and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will be professional, self-motivated, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage enquiries from initial requests through to submission and follow-up.

This role is suited to an individual who enjoys a combination of technical, administrative, and sales-related responsibilities in a structured office environment. While primarily office-based, occasional travel to customer premises may be required.
